Lpl wireless Sal888-378-8094 they charged my credit card 99.98 for a protection plan on my phones

They charged my credit card 99.98 for a protection plan i did not authorized, i have overdrawn my account in the amount of 90.00 because they took out that amount without my permission and they want credit it back, i have e-mail them, called them, know one will respond back, i want some action taken. I think they should also pay my insuffient funds too,
