Forsythe Data Equipment ripoff Recieved Bogus Invoice and Credit Application from Forsythe Data

Received a 9 page fax for Forsythe Data billed to Kevin Batesman with a credit application attached, tryed to find the company phone # and the the billed parties # and found that neither existed, went to Google and looked up Forsythe (will do that first from now on) and found usacomplaints.com.
