I was tracking the shipment to the destination address on my computer since Oct. 23. Two days later, on Oct. 25 the tires ordered by me were shipped back to the Sender, which is Tiresavings.com. I was trying several times to contact Customer Service at Tiresavings.com to find out was was going on, but nobody gave me the answer what went wrong with the shipment. Then I contacted UPS Domestic Dept (tel. 1-800-782-7892) and spoke with Supervisor by the name Chris who advised me to call directly UPS Billing Dept (tel. 1-800-811-1648) to resolve the problem. The UPS Billing Dept advised me that I can't get refund for the shipping and it has to be done by the Sender, which is Tiresavings.com. I contacted Customer Service at Tiresavings.com and passed the information to Kim and Jerry about this and asked each of them to call me back about reshipment of my tires, but in vain. I called myself Customer Service at Tiresavings.com and was trying to find out what is going on with reshipment of my tires. The person by the name Jerry told me that I have to pay the shipping fee again, otherwise tires will not be shipped to me. I asked him what went wrong with the shipment the first time, but he didn't answer and repeated to me to pay the shipping fee again, if I want the tires. I called UPS Domestic again and spoke with Supervisor by the name Nancy and she told me, that tires came to the shown address, but were not delivered and went back to UPS office. UPS office called Tiresavings.com and asked what to do with tires that were not delivered and got answer to send them back to Tiresavings.com - UPS Domestic Supervisor took a note of it. RnWhen I asked Nancy why UPS office didn't keep it on hold for 5 days to stay by their rules, but she said that Tiresavings.com requested the tires to be sent back to them. RnI called Tiresavings Customer Service, but line was busy and left the message on answering service in regards of my tires, but nobody cared to call me back. RnDays were passing by and I called again and again about the reshipment of my tires. RnA person by the name Jerry was ignoring my questions and didn't want to tell me anything and hanged up on me. RnI tried a few times to get in touch with him, but without results. RnAfter a few days I called again and talked to Kim and she transferred me to Jerry. RnI told him that UPS Supervisor Nancy told me somebody from Tiresavings.com had given an order to ship my tires back to Tiresavings.com instead being put on hold at UPS local office where it's kept for 5 days until picked up and this is the UPS rule. RnBut Jerry didn't want to listen and acknowledge his fault that caused the problems and over a month delay and my tires are still not reshipped even though I was already charged in full for everything one month ago. I also left a message on an answering machine to talk to the president or the owner of Tiresavings.com, but I'm getting ignored and presume it's a cover up. RnI was on hold past 5 P.M. And nobody answered my call. RnWhen I hanged up a phone and called the same number again the business was already closed. RnrnMonth and a half had passed since October 23 and Tiresavings.com did not reshipped my tires and still hold to money paid for tires and shipping by my son Bogdan Kopec visa account in the amount of 528.88 dollars and it is a theft.
