I have been a Echo drug customer for six or more years and have even reccommended them to a great number of friends of mine but for the last four (4) consecutive monthly deliveries there has always been a serious problem with getting one of my medication on time. I have been blatantly lied to by some of their customer service reps and the only one I can seem to get a problem taken care of is with a rep called Hervia. For some reason the delivery process was changed about six months ago and since then I have had one problem after another and one lie after another. It has gotten to the point where I am in the process of changing my prescriptions to another pharmacy and I'd really not rather do that if possible. Is there some way that this company can go back to the old delivery system because they way I see it is, " IF ITS NOT BROKEN, LEAVE IT THE HELL ALONE.
Come on Echo Drugs, I know you can do better that what you have been doing for the past four months as far as deliveries are concerned. Please keep in mind that there is always the BBB and other outlets for this type of complaint that I'd rather not use but will if necessary.
