I wanted to leave a review for one of the travel agents at wholesale flights. I was helped by Brian and I just wanted to let everyone know that he is the perfect example of a great travel agent. After sending a request through their website, I got a call from him in 5 minutes. Right from the beginning, he knew exactly what I wanted because of the details I put into my request. He was very nice and courteous and was asking me essential questions to my trip and making sure that he wouldn't leave anything out. After a couple of minutes, he found me a flight that I absolutely loved. A mixture of business and first class throughout the trip and the cost was a super deal compared to others. He gave me a chance to collect my thoughts and said that I can think about it for a moment and call him back. Knowing for sure I wasn't going to get a better deal elsewhere, I called back right away and booked my ticket. He then sent me my confirmation numbers and e-ticket numbers. He also provided me with all of his contact info for any future trips and wished me a good trip and to let him know all about it when I come back. All in all, I was taken by the care he put into booking my flight. It wasn't just a search, choose and buy kind of thing, he seemed rather interested about my trip and wanted to know more about it. This is a great example of a great travel agent. It's not always about price and flight, it's about customer service. Thank you Brian.
