Orbitz made a mistake, billed me twice. I have been trying to get a refund since April. The first time I called, someone told me the money was refunded October 24. I reviewed my bank statement, there was no refund. I did however have an email from the 24th saying that my refund was approved and I should receive it soon. The second time I called, they told me that my money was refunded August 21st. Again, I reviewed my statements, no money was refunded on that date. When I questioned them as to why they sent an email October 21st if the money was supposedly refunded in August, the reponse they gave made no sense! I'm not sure what to do with these people!
