To The Manager:
I am a CUSTOMER who pays my premium on time. However, there was a time when I have to lessen my premium due to financial difficulties. I informed the agent and she told me she would take care of it. What happened was she told me wrong and different information just so she could collect and maintain her account regardless of the situation. SHE IS VERY DIFFICULT TO REACH SINCE THEN.
I would like to speak to a NYC Manager regarding this.
