I've only damaging items to claim about that organization. Save your valuable cash and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE! Using the two purchases I've positioned together, they've were able to deliver my book late, deliver me the incorrect guide, shed my return rental, and cost my charge card with needless or "mistaken" costs. Once they delivered the incorrect book, they guaranteed: a complete reimbursement, a brand new book, and 5% off my next purchase. It required 12 days within the provided "2 5 business days" and an upset e-mail to obtain my reimbursement to my bill. I never received the brand new book. Plus they may maintain their "5% off" since I'll never be using the services of them again. I've yet to consult with a worker about the telephone. After searching for a telephone number on google (there's not just one outlined on the site), I usually obtain a saving to depart a note. No body actually calls back, they simply send automatic emails. Save your valuable period, cash, and TENSION, NOR STORE HERE. Undoubtedly one of the most unprofessional company I Have ever handled.
