Lost money. Requested a guide that we never received, e mailed the bookseller was informed I'd obtain a reimbursement, that we did not. I named Abe Books and requested for that telephone # of the vendor, was informed there is none (incredible). Abe Guides customer support explained to deliver 2 various emails to obtain the reimbursement started, but without any outcome. Do not buy from abe publications, definitely unprofessional.
