Dec 31 published mailing name, shipped - purchased insurance. Got a message confirming offer shipping. Got mail confirming check have been delivered - for 1 / 2 of the total amount it had been to become. Got a contact stating 50% of the publications didn't appear - these were all-in exactly the same container! Have sent 3 times with concerns / grievances - one reaction stating it was their hectic season to keep together. Jan 24 - NOTHING! The web site doesn't have telephone number for that organization anywhere onto it. So what can I actually do to obtain the cash - OR my PUBLICATIONS back?
