I created a photobook for my holiday pictures with Inkubook, never received the guide. Waited 3-4 months. I actually donot understand if it had been an issue with advantages - I've no idea. Apparently it had been shipped below after which delivered back to Inkubook (the shipper). Advantages stated the recipient "declined the bundle, " I actually donot know how that may be until Inkubook delivered it towards the incorrect target.
I sent emails for their "customer care" to possess it possibly reshipped or even to provide me a return. I had been informed that reshipping was "difficult" & wasn't provided a reason why. The client support individual (Craig Price) addressing the e-mails was somewhat rude. He held offering me a discount, but didn't recognize that I'd wanted a return. They'd not really say the price of changing the guide - the guide that I requested, NOR HAVE. The guide I requested from their store cost $65 (including delivery) - and so I might have been out $65 after which they expect me to pay for more to get a FRESH one??? NO. Method. I'd to despute this cost with my charge card business.
Horrible experience. I'll never make use of this support again or might I would recommend it to others! I'm telling everybody.
