I requested a Notebook from Comp USA. They utilize advantages to provide their goods. The Notebook wasn't shipped as guaranteed. I went online to monitor the bundle. Advantages mentioned the package had been delivered to CompUSA because of incorrect zipcode on-package. I called CompUSA. We did a three-way phone to advantages. Their justification was the bundle was placed on the incorrect vehicle and also the bundle was delivered back. Today the issue. CompUSA doesn't resend. They restock the merchandise and reimbursement the cash to customer. I've now waited seven days for my Notebook, compensated entirely for and due to advantages I actually donot have one. Advantages had an extremely rude, guy phone me concerning the issue. Their solution was-Yes I want they might obtain the deals about the correct vans!!! Truly! Why-don't they employ people who may study, that treatment, or once they recognize the bundle was about the incorrect truck go back at the conclusion of your day and inform somebody and approach it towards the correct vehicle! CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS LOST AT advantages! Perhaps it's about the incorrect vehicle!!! This guy might have cared less -a genuine representation of what begins at the very top AT advantages!!!
