2009 Year Book was delivered and never requested. The Postoffice explained to not start it and tag it Go Back To Sender to prevent being billed to come back it. After 10 times, I've today obtained a statement for that guide. This is actually the second-year I've obtained an unordered guide from these folks. This past year, I created the error of starting the bundle and needed to spend to come back the guide, plus a notice not to deliver anymore publications but still obtained a statement. Bad individuals to cope with.
