Billed for bottom line yearbook 2009 that was not ordered

Main point here year book 2009 was sent tome. Used to do not apply for this book. Because the book was delivered, i've been sent letters that i owe the organization and that i an assortment agency have contacted me about the problem.

It's very frustrating when businesses enforce on one and send one publications have you've not required.
