I've a ten-month old infant child that was takin at delivery because of Methadone in his program by CPS from me, Dr. Requested due to addiction or my pain-killer. Our situation was never taken up to courtroom, I've finished all providers effectively, five months and anything has lied and completed in his capacity to maintain my son. Today he's vanished and that I need my boy back instantly. Since I complied with all requests I'm however his legal parent. Isnt is my right like legal parent and a guardian to consider my kid from his offered temporary protector since I would like to understand after I might have my boy back completely or CPS will not contact me? May I enter difficulty easily feel it's dangerous the authorized dad quit his services all due to drug-use but still sneaks to observe him easily consider him from his present temporary house?
