To whom it may concern, I have already explained to Alan Reyes in detail that it was NOT a road hazard that hit my car windshield but that I watched the object fly from the back top of the truck with many others just before my car windshield was hit. Accordingly, your WM truck was in violation of California V C Sections 23114 & 23115. I know that Alan Reyes was not able to understand the legal issues, as such I had requested to be connected to your legal department but he refused to do so. Clearly, Waste Management is responsible for my damage and as such MUST provide me with proper auto insurance information according to California VC Section 16025. The insurance information that Alan Reyes provided me with was imporper as Gallager Basset informed me that Waste Management needed to file the claim and that I could not do so.
