Caught with John Hancock to get a ten-year fixed award (SI4901358 01) in 2001. The agreement required 120 equivalent monthly obligations by direct-deposit to my banking account. Funds were only available in January and extended until December this totaled 119 funds. The final cost was due in January but was never obtained. Recurring telephone calls have didn't accomplish an effective quality and sometimes even acceptable reaction from John Hancock. Have now been not able to keep in touch with anybody at John Hancock except customer support that will be out-of nation callcenter.
