Crumley and roberts is the most unorganized personal injury law firm ever! First it took them a year and a half to get me a settlement in addition to that it was an pathetic amount. I had to call on several occasions to see what was going on with my case because their customer service skills are poor.in the beginning they would call ever two or three weeks to assure me they were on the job... I called on one occasion and janet one of their workers replied that my case became inactive. I will never go to them again
