Crumley - Roberts Inc
Personal Injury Case

A case, resulting from an auto accident on 9-3-09, was mishandled by the attorney, Heidi Brown, and paralegal, assigned as case manager. Both of these persons have left the firm. Ms. Brown has become a self employed mediator, and Ms. Perrin is now employed at the firm of Michael Lewis in Winston Salem. The client in this case was disabled, and denied medical treatment by Ms. Brown, telling him it was too late, too many months, less than six months after the accident. A third agent has been assigned to this claim at GEICO. Documents, sent to the client, Robert Hubbard by the second GEICO agent, Tomeria Allen, revealed letters, concealed from the client. Similar actions in this case to those, posted by other clients at Crumley - Roberts. Bob Crumley and Chris Roberts are knowledgeable of the issues in this case, but to date, a message sent to Bob Crumley, has not been acknowledged. This case has involved Medicare and recovery of conditional payments, GEICO has refused to pay, because of an erroneous date of injury identifying the injured's date of eligibility. An action for nonpayment to the Lexington Memorial Hospital is in the court, pending action. This firm, from what I've seen posted by other clients, has been providing inadequate and incompetent counsel, but maybe because there was a lack of documentation to file complaints with the N.C. State bar, and with the N.C. Department of Insurance, they continue business as usual.
