Charged my credit card without my authorization

I really named these folks and questioned how e-commerce was billed to my charge card without my knowledge and also the lady about the telephone stated that I'd requested another thing online plus they subsequently charged my charge card $1.00 (t/e my agreement or understanding) to get a "test" membership. Following a month, my card was subsequently billed 19.99 and might have extended regular, had my spouse not been persistent about examining our online bank record. I had been ready to obtain the $1.00 cost corrected in addition to the 19.99. I notice there are lots of grievances about that company. They must be turn off and punished for SCAM!
