KEL's customer support is dreadful. I had been not able to get a solution on many concerns and every time I called back I had been re routed to some other individual, needing to clarify my scenario right from the start many times. Never once did I talk to a real lawyer.
And my court day... No, however no lawyer. Following the quality of my situation, and after spending a large number of bucks, there have been nevertheless many conditions that required follow-up. They declined to consider any more motion without extra cost. Therefore it was left as much as me to carry on fighting with companies concerning the products allegedly included in KEL to start with. Selected every other lawyer, every other one, and you'll improve support and higher knowledge.
