Okay the company is very demanding a good company but expects way too much from a manager six days a week is way out of line we should be able to work 5 days at 52 hours instead of 6 days gas is too high and we do not get paid enough for all that. No benefits or holidays off if you want great people and want to keep them you need to rethink the way you treat people!!! Upper management d. M etc do not know how to treat people or talk to them. Supply some uniforms instead of making people buy all of them they get destroyed by chemicals come on treat you employees with respect you may get respected back
