We hired Gary Saunders Law Group to manage our bankruptcy. We paid $2900 to a salesperson who was knowledgeable and answered all our questions, but was not an attorney. She told us she gets the paperwork started and the firm does the rest. After paying in full, we could never get our attorney to take or return our calls. His entire staff (but 1) is clerical without a degree, law experience, training or certification. Saunders also hires disbarred or suspended attorneys which is illegal. The Corona office phone is usually answered by the answering machine or an answering service so we relied on our salesperson for help. On rare occasions, we would get misspelled emails from Gary Saunders Office Manager asking for (the same) paperwork to be sent time & time again. Frustrating! Gary Saunders is good at hiring marketing companies to advertise on the internet and getting you to believe he is located in your neighborhood when he is NOT (only Corona) and hiring staff that are incompetent and speak little english. On the day of our bk hearing, Attorney Gary Saunders was not seen because he sub'd out our case to another attorney - who NEVER saw our file! I believe Saunders Law Firm takes money and does not complete a single case... What a scam!!
