I settled KEL Lawyers $2750.00 this past year (July) to assist having a loan mod for my mortgage. They've fallen the basketball 3 times in relation to obtaining the paperwork to Citimortgage, since their return within thier organization is really large. They simply delivered me notice declaring that I've to pay for them another $2750.00 in order for them to maintain focusing on my mortgage loan modification eventhough I've paperwork declaring "YOUR ILLUSTRATION WILL BE DETERMINED ONCE AMONG THE FOLLOWING HAS HAPPENED." They've intentionally let this review annually—eventhough I've approached them one thousand occasions asking what's getting so long. Just so that they might attempt to gather another 3k from me. I've appeared online and am clearly not alone this has occurred to. They're benefiting from customers who're battling and searching for aid. I don't understand what to complete, I can't develop another 3k plus they don't care. The initial agreement I've states "The sense contains ALL function that's necessary to manage your state." I just have until July 19th. They're not really providing me a complete month to determine how to proceed... Or exactly what the next actions are. I've many emails displaying my consideration continues to be handed about to Dan Myers, Yeniset Torres, Rachel Bosco, Jason Soell all without any solutions.
