I am sure my ex-tenant had no purpose of spending his lawyer costs the same as they'd no purpose of spending their lease. I'm currently out rental fees-not to say the near to $10,000.00 in repairs I'd to create towards the house upon the tenant vacating and today I to possess to pay for their lawyer costs also!
