I went to family legal arround march 10th and asked for a modifacation to my divorce agreement so that My present wife and I could have full custody of my son in a different state. A $800.00 reteiner was paid at that time and I did write the agreement. Even though we have give them my exwifes phone number, my cell phone and my house phone number on serveral occations they kept calling because they could not find the numbers. Even though I had given them permision to tell my wife any info and she was there in the first consultation (even did sign the agreement) they kept calling her cell instead of mine saying they could not give her any information. They then proceeded to say that she told them se did not have time to deal with this shit and that she was refusing to give me my messages only to cover the fact the job hasnt been done 4 months later This is not true. On several occations I have had to call several times just to get an answer as to what was going on. They would always tell me the atourney was going to court on monday, when I call on moday they would tell me he did not go he was going on wednesday. This happened several times. It is almost impossible to talk to Mr. Legrow. He had me write what I wanted the document to say so all he had to do was make it legal. It is now July 6 and he has still not gone to court and my son is coming it less than 30 days. I ask you is this really fair. The last time my wife talked to them he said they wrote the contract wrong and that money wouldn be enough to cover everything he has to do.in two different ocasions they have emailed me bills witch prove when they want to they know how to contact me.
