Our buddy and that I were strolling in downtown LA and were halted by LAPD Official Cho (sequential number. 17290-34392). He described that people jaywalked that was false and we didn't create any kind of breach. Official Cho (area instruction official) proceeded to interact in stating people and turned steadily curt regarding try to impress his student. Then he discovered my buddy who had been strolling with me was an off-duty policeman and chooses to not report him but continues to create me a jaywalking citation. I do want to combat this and get.
