Here are the details. I contacted the Indiana Bar association my rights were violated. I indicated that I had contacted numberous listed law firm either on line case submission. What resulted in Legal action, I was bullied and intimidated because I required legal representation. The parties or expressed defendant violated numberous issues that were held accountable for losses I sustained, in every complaint filed it appeared the person inquisitive mannerism was improper when I requested assistance the party reverse the action to imply I was assisting them, in comlpaint field to regulartory agencies, I was stil improperly mistreated by a medical health professional or clergy party which as I view belonged in a mental insititution. To this date I am recovering from the embarassment of this person either because of thier drug use and they ill mannerism that is not tolerated. I contacted the IBA as I recall aslo contacting the American Bar Association. My civil rights were violateed I was inhumanely mistreated and was placed in a hostile environment, both work, community and at social events. I have not to this date have been given an appology for the wrong I expereinced throught my life in Illinois as the conduct resulted to em relocating to Indiana. I am a early retiree as I had to file a suit and request the attorney to file a suit on my behalf. I asked for my benefits and the parties ignored me. When I addressed my complaint it appeared the person lack english or deliberately refuse to respond to caused emotional upset, in every complaint filed I stated I wanted this person not to ever come near me again. This was a scary issue as this person could follow bother me as I had no name or a reason with merit as to why they elected to bother me. I am a family and christ like party as I worked for the sake of my family and intented spouse. What I could gather with requesting legal Representation this paeron or group was of hatred and was deliberate in mistreating me on every holiday. Holidays are important as my status of living my life as I elect to, I was mistreated by a medical profession as I was employed through St. Maragret Mercy Hospital. I could not visit a sick relative in a hospital without being mistreatd by a non american or immigrant from another state. Most recently a complaint was filed to ICRC. I am purchasing a home in Carmel Indiana. I contacted thelsiting agents as they have not responded to my request to tour my home. A unidentifed person car filled with nigerian asked me questions as they stated they had been inside this home, they also stated they could not purchase this home, as I was aksed was the keys I was holding were the the keys to my residency. I asked this party to leave firmly as I indicated if they elected to get out of their car to take mt keys he would get g his A* Kicked. Being a christian this was improper however I felt had this been a feamle of a different race this would had never happened. Many times I contacted this netowrk for help for an expereinced agressove attorney to get results of me purchasing and owning my home.in stead I was highly insulted manipulated and a loss of non worth. Each holiday this person has been permitted to do this to me. I contacted regulartory agencies as this person feels they are my mouth piece as it is no telling what he or she has stated to Judge to make this party feel I am forgiving them. I want revenge, for what this person had concluded to give to society. This person violated my hippa right, Never in my life had I ever wanted to foster care anyone child. I would have took my own risk inhaving achild, I did not work to have a person with lack of unliscnes skill or professional a skill to dump on me.in every complaint filed I stated what the attorney stated he would do then refuse to do. I never knew to hire an attorney you have to sign a contract. The labor of hatred in the law systm in undescribable. I voted for change, It is my hope that someone will invesitgate attorney conducts and places these indivduals in jail, they caused tremedous damage to my creditbility. I had to file a complaint aginast law enforcement officers where is it ever written a person cant walk the street to get freah air? In both illinis and Indiana I was forced off the road by a moving police squad car. It is also my hope that bad cop will aslo face impriosonment. My lfe has been disrupted and placed on hold for the conduct I described. The cop that called me crazy, I wonder what pyshic ward he was calling from and what drove him to the state he is in.
