I want my $200 dollars back (asap)

I was told to pay 200 dollars to talk to a lawyer and start a case. But lawyer never called me and when i ask for my money back. She —martha rivera told me they cannot give me my money back becuase they already started a case on me... Which is so ridiculous a complete
fraud. They dont have nothing to start a case on me... I need and want my $200 dollars back, i'm out of work and need to eat... This place is a complete fraud. Help me please...
