Number 2. If you should be unsatisfied you'll receive an entire refund... Sent them soon after I popped the documents, before they actually charged me, and am still awaiting an answer and my refund! All I needed was ideas and supplies checklist to get a easy 10x10 drop... You'd genuinely believe that in "12,000 tasks" I'd locate them... No. Simply recycled free content. Fraud!!!
