It never materialized.in the beginning they appeared pleasant and receptive, explained the function could be completed "soon", or "within twenty four hours", but months passed and nothing happened. After I questioned them to get a reimbursement they simply ignored me. I've sent them atleast twelve occasions requesting my cash back. They simply do not respond. I've documented them towards the authorities and also to Mastercard.
