PLC Center looses item does chargeback

On 6/6 the company ordered an item from me via eBay. It had been designated delivered on 6/6. It had been shipped on 6/8. I actually applied my profit profit to guarantee them (s). On 7/3 I first heard from the buyer there was a problem. On 7/4 I informed the buyer it had been shipped, as marked in eBay’s control panel. The customer merely reiterated he hadn't acquired them. I delivered a different one of those products on 6/6 so on 7/5 I contacted buyer asc_equip to see if somehow he had received the item – he replied he'd not. I approached advantages to create an insurance state to return the buyer’s cash, however they mentioned that it'd been after dark 2-week restriction after shipping. Truth is, them was transported and shipped. Why might somebody delay 25 times to declare them not obtained? Particularly because every additional product (customer purchased 3 products complete from me) was delivered inside a couple of days of cost. As well as the product was designated delivered having a tracking number. It's my perception the customer dropped them. They later accepted they don't monitor and check the eBay handle cell plus they wouldn't have now been searching for them but given that they didn't have it I mustn't have delivered it. They've altered the eBay challenge process to get their cash bunch. Essentially I'm out $263.54, them, plus $52.55 for insured delivery. They're today processing a police are accountable to get eBay to come back the cash.
