This service has been blackguarded as a scam. It provides voip communication by Skype, through virtual numbers available in some parts of Canada. I have a virtual/voip number from OneKing and have been using it extensively for over 2 years. The system has failed for as long as two days, three times during this period of time. This is about what you would expect with a conventional telecom company through an internet outage. Communication is high-tech and through SMS messages. You don't use the telephone and leave voicemail like you did in the last century. I don't think I've waited more than an hour - except during the outages - to get answers back when I use SMS to communicate. The company is not sophisticated, and the website instructions are impenetrable, but the basic service is there - they provide what they say they provide. They are not a scam.
