On Thursday, November 8, I signed up for Skype Communication account and bought a $10.00 credit. Aside from my account being placed on an automatic re-charge when my balance goes low to $2.00, I could not even access my account even if I had my password re-set. Their website does not even have an address or a phone numbers to contact. I would like to know who administers this internet company. Give us information on the creator of the website, www.skype.com. There are deficiencies on the website, and I would like to know if we can take it down. Thanks.
