Frustrated and disgusted

I can't get my money-back for Starbucks/film tkt offer!!! I've been trying since January. No body returns my emails, Bloomspot ceased delivering me provides by emails and certainly will not return my emails! Disappointed and ashamed. Is only going to purchase deals from Groupon or Living Interpersonal. This wannabe isn't functioning!
