Scam?

I obtained a notice from Readers Digest saying I would of gained a lottery and desired all yy private information, Social Security quantity, D.O. B etc. It was shipped from Canada. Used to do not experience it was legitamate and was a tactic to obtain my own info for illlegitamate factors.
