Fraud and misrepresentation!

Hi

After twelve months of utilizing Fotolia, my account abruptly plugged and sadly my all files are vanished, I actually donot have use of my documents, I can not use my consideration, purchase, and post information. I actually donot notice every other links on the webpage.

Fotolia didn't create me-any clarification about this...

I tried to contact them via mail, I queried Fotolia assistance, I acquired no reaction. And that I am still waiting...

Please please help me to uncover my bill.
