Went for automatic renewal, and my card was charged immediately. I received an email from Norton telling me that my order was cancelled - yet the charge remained. Customer Service told me that the key I was renewing was fraudulent, and therefore the order was cancelled - they could not give me a new product key, nor would they issue me a refund ASAP - they said the refund would take 3 business days, and if I wanted a new key I needed to purchase it a second time. Their customer service was nice, however the manager was quick to accuse me of being the one making the key fraudulent, he also got snippy when I mentioned going to another company. Terrible experience. I wish they were a smaller company so I could take them to court or file with the BBB or something. Awful!
