Illed by credit card and won't refund

I requested a-one time-trial to get a minimal cost after which was delivered another package, that we didn't purchase. I delivered it back instantly after which was charged over $109 on my charge card. I really could not cope with about the telephone or by mail. The corporation is conning the general public.
