I was browsing the swipeauction website and thought I could bid but it requires your bank information, saying no charge when I called. I was charged 159 on 9/23 and requested monies back instantly and was told to complete form and mail in. I was told because I did not have a printer I could write information. I wrote information and called weekly up until two weeks ago told that survey was not completed and therefore refund rejected, to complete form again. I sent form in and now they told me to email company.
This is surely a scam. I would love to know who is behind this scam. I BELIEVE everyone who has been scam should file with the attorney general office and should file class action law suit.
This is definite deceptive practice, if anyone is interested lets start contacting attorneys and forming a committee for justice
