Ripped me off of $12.00 RIPOFF

I found out Saturday that these people charged me $12.00 to my visa card. I called them today to ask for a refund but they said NO. I told them that I cancelled my service WELL before the 30 days came to an end but they still charged me.

She said that they never got a call from me canceling and that is why it has been charged. I told them that if they did not refund my money that I would file a complaint with the BBB and my State Attorney General and thier State attorney General.

I wish I knew about this site first. I will from now on check here before I buy anything again.

You all should check the BBB online at bbb.org and see how many complaints have been filed. If you haven't done so file a complaint.

I just want my money back.
