Beware! This is a scam Company! I registered for the so-called "free trial", just pay shipping. The product never arrived and now I find that they have charged my bank account $78.13 for a month's supply that I never ordered.
Evidently when you sign up for the "free trial", there is a small print clause that allows them to charge your account EVERY month! This is a major rip-off!
I called the toll free number and was connected to a person in India where they have evidently outsourced their complaint calls. I cancelled my account with Rainforestberry and told them I wanted my money back. They gave me a confirmation number for the cancellation AND a Return Mechandise Authorization number to return the product they supposedly shipped and get my money back. I am going to write a letter to the Attorney General for the state I live in and also one to the AG for the state of Florida outlining this complaint. Hope this doesn't happen to someone else.
