I was on another website and thought I was only ordering a free sample of Ivory White and Eyepothesis... I read the Terms as listed in the flashing ad and read that I would need to call within 30 days to cancel. I was shocked to discover that my *free* sample had cost me 78.41... Twice. The companies of course will not refund the money to my account. Unfortunately, their fraudulent charges caused my account to be overdrawn so I have contacted my bank and they are handling the situation. The bank actually contacted both companies and I spoke to the representatives with the bank on the conference call. So, they heard firsthand how these people operate and hopefully will pull more weight at getting my money refunded. For now I have a temporary refund credited to my account. These people need to be stopped... I thought that by calling the 800 numbers provided I would avoid the $78 charge but since a *free* sample is never free, lesson learned.
