Ivory white was one of those companies that wants to send you a free sample at shipping and handling costs only. What they don't tell you is that you get signed up for a program that becomes monthly at a cost of $78.41. After 12 months it cost nearly $1000.00. That stuff should do miracles for that cost. A dentist doesn't cost that much to whiten your teeth.
As the other consumer complaintss regarding this scandal, they refuse to refund my money and only allow 15 days to return the product for a refund. I only get my bank statement once a month so by the time it came in the mail. It was too late to dispute the charges.
Furthermore, I got 2 sample boxes shipped to me. Not one sample and a one month supply. The woman I spoke with argued with me over this and said all packages are weighed so I was a liar.
News flash. Nobody is incapable of making errors. And they did. I now have my bank, disputing it for me. When the results are in I will update this report and let you know if my bank was successful.
