Unable to contact google about money taken out of my credit card account without my permission

I recently attempted to see movies you pipe. I had been redirected by google. They stated should you register you can see michael jackson movies. I recently recently bought my pc and didn't understand youtube is just a free website. Used to donot actually place in all my info when requested to since almost through it-my buddy visited about the proper site to see the movies free of charge. Used to do not really enter my own charge card info but was billed twenty bucks for anything used to do not need. They never actually published any costs on the website due to their support
