Charged me $39.95 for a cd that was supposed to be free

I was told that i would get a free cd on how to make money on the internet and all i would be charged was a few dollars for shipping {less than 4.00} and when i reviewed me accounts i found i had been charged $39.95 without my permission. At no time did anyone at google mention any other charges for the cd or i wouldnt have ordered it
