I understand the Number 1 factor that people all learn about ebay buying will be cautious about who you purchase from, and so I acknowledge I ought to have known better.
I bought Microsoft Office 2007 from the vendor on ebay for approximately $90.00 who just had 10 feedback. Yes... I shoulda known. Anyhow, I bought it and taken care of it instantly. I then get a contact from ebay informing me the product was eliminated, to not purchase it. Ooops, too late! And so I instantly named Paypal and tell them. I had been informed that since ebay delivered me a caution e-mail, Paypal might return my cash, but I ought to delay to determine when the vendor boats them simply because they have experienced no grievances with this particular vendor on his Paypal account (like I had been foolish enough to think that). Which was the first of May. Oh, the vendor also instantly ended his current email address likewise. The record stated it had been in america after which come to discover really was in China.

I asked why. Their reaction "He'd way too many grievances of deceptive application." WHAT? Also friggin several? How many is a lot of? OMG... I am livid at this time. I named Paypal and advised them about all this plus they explained to document a criticism. It was the 15th of May. And so I submitted.
The vendor replied and explained to deliver the program back. Therefore Paypal stated ship it back. Really? I simply told you this man is promoting deceptive application and also you need me to deliver it back to ensure that he is able to mess another person? Did I notice you properly? Yes, to obtain my cash back, I'd to deliver it back. And so I did.invested $13.00 to ship this back again to China (where it had beennot said to be from) Priority Worldwide. And that I waited...
Paypal ended the state since the product was not obtained. And so I appealed. They ended again since the bundle couldnt be monitored. Used to donot understand Concern Worldwide could not be monitored so far. And so I named plus they explained to send all my data for them. And so I sent 20 websites of EVIDENCE the application was PHONY along side my delivery bill. They ended the state again. Ok, therefore today I'm pissed. And so I named recently and was informed they don't care if it had been phony or not, the vendor needs to get the bundle back again to return my income. Ebay also educated me that there is nothing they might (might) do.
Therefore, in a nutshell... Both ebay and Paypal do not care what somebody is promoting provided that they obtain costs. They've no morals with no integrity, and that I was informed recently that it generally does not actually matter how long you've been a great client, they simply cannot return cash from the vendors consideration even when they realize that this vendor is committing SCAM
I'm currently searching for another method of ebay cost since I can't conduct business with people who help most of these vendors.
Just watch out for purchasing from ebay, nor use Paypal if you don't are able to afford to get rid of your cash.
