Unauthorized debit from checking acct

I had been robbed out-of $31.85 from Identification Protection Providers without my understanding. I required a complete reimbursement in above quantity. I obtained a termination #3014119 and was informed that it'd consider 72 hours for add up to be transferred back to my checking acount.
