Charged for a product that was a trial product that was supposed to be a shipping fee

This website provides a free 14-day test of thier item to get a delivery charge of 3.95. It says that the consideration is likely to be billed 87.13 every month after 2 weeks of the initial purchase. I put the purchase on 12/21/08 and my consideration was billed 87.13 on 12/22/08. I never received the merchandise. I approached the organization (# 866-949-0138) and talked to Kate Henson who attempted to warrant the cost & had no info why I never received the merchandise. I advised her that I no further desired the merchandise and required the costs be taken off my bill. I had been provided a cencellation # 86808 & was informed I'd receive an email having a conformation of removing the cost from my bill. The organization handle is really as follows:

The product is marketed and was allegedly supported by Oprah Whinfrey.

Somebody must examine the credibility of the procedure.
