On ebay I recieved a message about an ebay auction kit for $1.95. I ordered this item and received 2 CD's in mail. Then Bid Fuel they tried to bill me $39.99 a month based on some terms and conditions that I supposedly agree to that was not at all evident when I paid the $1.95. This is a scam and their advertising practice is very deceptive. I mailed the CD back to Bid Fuel and called them to complain.
